The Man, The Deputy, and the Tulare County System That Failed Them Both | Deed Fraud, and Death…to steal his home…
Regarding the shooting death of a deputy and a man intentionally ran over during an “eviction” in Tulare California. I’m now hearing about the facts of this case. The man fought deed fraud for years and the system let him down. He was run over by a machine that killed him but he was really run over a long time ago, by the judicial war machine that let a criminal steal his home. PTSD is grown in the dirt of dirty hands that steal everything a man owns and the sad part is, the sheriff’s help take deeds/homes from victims everyday. The man chose to stand up and fight, he was not leaving, and knew he’d most likely die I’d guess. It’s very sad that this happened and more sad that today someone else is losing their home to deed theft. What a tragedy all around. People responded that he deserved to be run over, really? The deputy didn’t deserve to die nor the man, but the criminals who truly created the situation should not get away free either. Deed fraud is rampant and when those who are given the evidence still let it happen it escalates and this was a nightmare for all, except the attorneys and the deed holders of the house who keep it now. The public only heard eviction, what they didn’t hear was “homeowner” and facts matter. The sheriff knows the truth and I assure you when this type of case is AUDITED the Sheriff’s are involved in the taking by virtue of serving the paperwork and “executing” the action via misinformation and counterfeit forged and perjured documents. The homeowner was wrong to kill a deputy, he was obviously not of right mind. Until these illegal deed thefts end this will sadly happen again. I actually had a woman a week ago, losing her home talk about not leaving it at any cost (I told her she’d be dead and her child would be the one hurting and she’d be a simple news cycle and be framed the crazy one), this was the cost in Tulare. No man deserves to lose his home and mind to the judicial warfare. Now 2 men are dead because of it. How does “Mr. Cooper” feel about this? I think the dead sheriff’s family has a lawsuit for wrongful death against the deed thieves? They should be held responsible too! (my opinion)
